Memorable Experiences With People You Love

We are conditioned to believe that buying things will bring us happiness.

It turns out, unnecessary plastic items don’t buy happiness. But memorable experiences do, especially when shared with the people you love.

Something as simple as standing next to a lake skipping stones with your seven-year-old child will be far more memorable—for both of you—than some purchase that will end up in a garage sale two or three years from now.

You know this. I’m not telling you anything new.

But a little reminder never hurts.

So go ahead, cross something off the life list. Be reckless once in a while. Go do something you’ll never forget with someone you love.
